We are currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated PM Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team and contribute to maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of all public areas throughout the hotel premises. This full-time role is critical in ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment from the moment they enter the hotel.

The PM Housekeeping Houseperson will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all internal and external common areas, including guest floors, housekeeping storage spaces, and all public zones. The role demands a proactive individual who takes pride in creating a clean, orderly, and inviting atmosphere and who appreciates the importance of teamwork and customer service excellence. Additional responsibilities include stocking floors, delivering necessary items to guestrooms, operating cleaning machinery such as buffers and extractors, and assisting in other housekeeping-related tasks, especially during the overnight shift. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift and push items weighing over 50 pounds safely and efficiently. Flexibility in availability is crucial, as shift hours and job duties may vary.

While prior cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate must be personable, approachable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with problem-solving abilities, are essential to manage the demands of the fast-paced and high-standard luxury hospitality environment.
