Job Description

Job Requirements

  • A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 4 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory responsibility required
  • knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently
  • warm and friendly demeanor
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • attentive, courteous, and service-oriented towards guests and employees
  • compliance with hotel standards and regulations
