The Cash Logistics Processor role at Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, is a vital position responsible for facilitating the flow of cash and valuables efficiently and securely from banks, retailers, and government entities to their destinations. The role requires high attention to detail and accountability as cash must be counted, verified, and processed accurately to maintain the integrity of financial transactions. Working in branch locations, Cash Logistics Processors perform tasks such as verifying deposits, processing check imaging, balancing transactions, and preparing shipments for secure transport. The position demands adherence to strict safety protocols to protect Brink's premises and assets, as well as the safety of employees and customers.

Shift start times vary, typically beginning between 3 and 4 pm, offering candidates a structured yet dynamic work schedule. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments, or cashier/teller roles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • At least 3 months experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or related cashier/teller roles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to complete and maintain all required internal training
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • 10 Key experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Check in all work and cash through window
  • Verify cash and perform data input into iTrack
  • Mix and check deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers, and mixed deposits
  • Process check imaging into FIS system
  • Balance all individual teller sells
  • Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip
  • Complete checklist according to established deadlines
  • Clean off stations at end of day
  • bundle trash and sort deposit slips
  • Ensure no work remains and print check manifest
  • Deliver imaged work and teller paperwork appropriately
  • Follow supervisor and manager directions
