As an AM Server, you will exceed guests' expectations by delivering professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service. You will demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures, understand the appropriate use of table numbers, settings, and service ware, and work effectively in a team, especially under pressure. Attention to detail, self-motivation, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are critical to success in this role. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves standing and walking for extended periods, maneuvering between simultaneous functions with ease, and occasionally lifting trays or food items. This role requires excellent communication skills as continuous talking and listening are integral to interacting with guests and team members.
