We are currently seeking AM Servers who possess weekend availability to join our exceptional team. As an AM Server with the José Andrés Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable guest experience by upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service that the group is known for. Servers are essential in bringing the stories of Chef José Andrés to life, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued while relishing an authentic culinary journey.

As an AM Server, you will exceed guests' expectations by delivering professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service. You will demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and service procedures, understand the appropriate use of table numbers, settings, and service ware, and work effectively in a team, especially under pressure. Attention to detail, self-motivation, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are critical to success in this role. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves standing and walking for extended periods, maneuvering between simultaneous functions with ease, and occasionally lifting trays or food items. This role requires excellent communication skills as continuous talking and listening are integral to interacting with guests and team members. Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs occasionally
  • must demonstrate manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment
  • required to work nights, holidays and weekends
  • ability to maneuver efficiently between concurrent tasks
  • possess speaking and hearing abilities essential for guest and team communication
  • ability to perform repetitive motions, bend, climb, and maintain visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or server role preferred
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
