Job Requirements

  • One year of prior waiter or waitress experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-call schedule with varying days and hours
  • Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without accommodation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
  • Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and neat dining environment while meeting sanitation standards
