Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and assist visitors and residents at the front desk
- answer phone calls and forward them to appropriate departments
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar
- provide information to callers and visitors about the facility and services
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- perform other administrative tasks as assigned
