Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related bartending or customer service experience
- Possession of a valid bartending license or permit if required by the city or state
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts on varying days
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Hold appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the city and state if applicable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, and electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
