Job Requirements
- Must meet age requirements and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- A true team player with keen attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and good multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome every guest with warmth and friendliness
- Prepare the bar, setting up pour and glassware stations ahead of opening, and restocking supplies as necessary
- Engage in suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Craft all drinks according to established recipes, ensuring accuracy with glassware and garnishes
- Take food and drink orders accurately while inputting them into the POS system
- Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to provide timely refills and clear table items
- Process and deliver checks promptly, thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards and protocols
