Currently, Lactalis American Group, a part of the Lactalis family of companies, is seeking a Packaging Associate based in Nampa, ID. The Packaging Associate is expected to meet production and efficiency targets while preserving product quality, manage the correct sealing and placement of cheese products, prepare and organize packaging materials such as boxes and labels, and operate and monitor packaging machinery efficiently. The role also requires performing sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment, accurately completing documentation, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow.
