Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level
- Possess a positive and energetic attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to twenty-five pounds
- Pass health screening including tuberculosis test
- Criminal background clearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th-grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine love for senior residents
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms
- Ensure all common areas including lobby and employee break room are tidy and organized
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Push and pull housekeeping carts safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety standards to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while interacting with residents and staff
- Assist with inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies
