Known for delivering exceptional value to its partners, Asset Living has grown organically from a small property management company into one of the nation's most trusted names in real estate management. The firm prides itself on its innovative approach and dedication to fostering vibrant communities, supported by a dynamic team of professionals from varied backgrounds whose collaboration drives impressive outcomes for clients and residents alike.

Asset Living embraces a culture of leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement, expressed through their core philosophy 'Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.' As a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management and accredited as an AMO, Asset Living maintains high standards of excellence and integrity in its operations.

The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of apartment community public spaces, common areas, and grounds. This role involves daily responsibilities such as removing trash, cleaning make-ready units to prepare them for new residents, and upkeeping offices and amenities. The Housekeeper works under the supervision of the Community Manager and must adhere closely to the property’s operational standards and policies. This position requires consistent onsite attendance, responsiveness to maintenance requests, and a focus on customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, which often involve climbing stairs or ladders, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, operating machinery, and working in different weather conditions. Housekeepers are also expected to enforce community policies, communicate effectively with residents and management, and contribute to a positive, welcoming environment within the community. Asset Living compensates this role with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $19, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skill set. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays.

Joining Asset Living as a Housekeeper presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established, fast-growing company that values its employees and community impact. Candidates will find rewarding growth potential, a supportive workplace culture, and a chance to contribute to thriving residential environments across the country. This position is essential for ensuring apartment communities remain safe, clean, and inviting, significantly enhancing the living experience for residents while upholding Asset Living’s reputation for excellence. Candidates interested in this role should be prepared for a physically demanding job that plays a critical part in community satisfaction and property management success.
