The company operates Montage Hotels & Resorts and Pendry Hotels, both of which are known for their beautiful properties, exceptional service standards, and a strong culture driven by passion and creativity. Montage International encourages its team members to live their passion by fostering a supportive and inspiring work environment where every individual is empowered to think creatively, grow professionally, and have fun while contributing to memorable guest experiences. The organization places a strong emphasis on inclusivity, diversity, and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to equal opportunity and respect for all employees. The company's work culture values integrity, teamwork, and continuous learning, offering various training programs for career advancement and personal development.

The role of Host/Hostess at Pendry Hotels, a part of the Montage International family, is integral in crafting the guest experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, the Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements to minimize wait times and maximize dining space utilization. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally, and the capacity to work collaboratively with management and service teams to deliver seamless service. The Host/Hostess role is more than traditional front-of-house duties; it is about creating WOW moments and lasting impressions that contribute to the overall luxury experience for guests. The position offers a wage of $15 per hour and includes benefits such as free meals, uniforms, healthcare, 401k with company matching, and hotel discounts, along with opportunities to participate in community outreach and associate events. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights, and perform repetitive motions, reflecting the active nature of the hospitality environment.

Joining Montage International as a Host/Hostess means becoming part of a team that values passion, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging. Employees at Pendry Hotels are encouraged to share ideas, contribute to guest satisfaction, and pursue career growth opportunities within the company. The employer’s commitment to a drug-free workplace and the adherence to federal and local employment laws assure a safe and respectful working environment.
