Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support event team with scheduling meetings, Assist with travel bookings and itinerary preparation, Track and report budgets, contracts, and invoices, Prepare event equipment and materials for shipping, Collaborate with legal, finance, design, and tech teams to meet event requirements, Create and prepare presentation decks for stakeholders, Coordinate PA needs and manage onsite PA responsibilities
