Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or community coordination preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and email management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or community engagement preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with email and basic computer applications
- Creative mindset to develop engaging community events
- Knowledge of local community resources and vendor relationships
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately while assisting with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules and manage loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, programs, and services utilizing amenity spaces
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services, maintaining positive relationships to offer residents recommendations
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email accounts to ensure timely communication and promote events
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with community activities
- Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
- Provide input on budget development related to resident activities and manage expenses accordingly
