Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow prescribed procedures
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Must pass background check and any drug screening required

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas
- Replenish liquor, beer and wine as needed during shifts
- Be familiar with beverages, cocktails and hotel mixing portion control
- Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned
- Maintain beverage cost control
- Serve alcohol responsibly to prevent issues with intoxicated guests
- Retrieve and deliver food items to customers according to service standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
