Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining culinary roles
  • Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Experience managing kitchen operations and personnel
  • Knowledge of safe food handling standards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Aloha POS preferred
  • Strong leadership and independent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale or fine dining environment
  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef preferably in a high-end, fine-dining establishment
  • Ability to lead and work independently while exercising good judgment
  • Skilled in plate presentation and operational management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of Aloha POS preferred
  • Strong organizational and cost control skills
  • Ability to maintain professional and welcoming demeanor

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work to all guests and team members
  • Produce a quality and consistent product, executing all the details and focusing on daily operations
  • Ensure plate presentation and standards are met
  • Organize kitchen workflow and control costs and products effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health department standards for safe food handling
  • Lead by example and work independently managing personnel and production issues
  • Utilize Microsoft applications and Aloha POS for kitchen management
