Job Description
A Sous Chef position is available in Washington, District of Columbia, at an on-site, full-service restaurant. The Sous Chef will closely collaborate with the Executive Chef to oversee food preparation in the kitchens.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
- leadership and coaching skills
- proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Company approved software
- flexibility in work schedule
- effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work well in high-pressure environments
