Job Requirements

minimum of 3 years experience in a sous chef position
culinary degree or relevant certification
experience working in upscale restaurants
strong leadership abilities
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food safety standards
excellent time management skills

proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
strong leadership and organizational skills
excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

assist the executive chef in daily kitchen operations
