Job Requirements
- Three years culinary experience
- one year managing 10 or more employees
- ability to read and write English and Spanish
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to push or pull 150 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods during shift
- availability to work 10 hour shifts or longer
- must work within sanitation guidelines
- ability to produce multiple cuisines
- knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- knowledge of Stratton Warren/AS400 systems

Job Duties
- Ordering and inventory management

- servicing the guest
- training, supervising and working with kitchen staff to prepare, cook and present food according to restaurant standard recipes
- providing quality food products and meeting budget requirements
- setting an example of excellence to all employees in attendance, morale, appearance, and work ethic
- supervising the assignment of specific duties to employees for efficient kitchen operation
- managing culinary staff schedules to maintain coverage and control payroll costs
- ensuring proper receiving, storage and rotation of food products to exceed health department regulations
- communicating verbally in a calm and positive manner with service staff
- supervising kitchen cleanup and proper breakdown and storage of equipment
