Job Description

Steak House Restaurant - BMCo is looking to hire a Full-Time Experienced Sous Chef. This role involves providing hands-on support to the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, maintaining recipes and presentations, and training team members for production assistance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Organizational skills

  • Strong knife skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Certification by NYC DOH
