Job Description

The Sous Chef is responsible for executing menu items excellently and managing quality aspects of the job.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
