Job Description
The company is looking to hire a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals delivering high-quality food and ensuring food safety procedures. The role contributes to building top-line sales and guest experience through superior team member performance. The Sous Chef is responsible for executing menu items excellently and managing quality aspects of the job.
Job Requirements
- Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant

- proven ability to develop teams
- knowledge of systems contributing to great execution
