Job Description

The company is looking for a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals in delivering high-quality food, ensuring food safety, and enhancing profitability. The Sous Chef plays a key role in building sales and guest satisfaction through an exceptional culinary and guest experience, as well as maintaining menu excellence and overall quality management in the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Proven ability to develop a team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for excellent execution
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
