Job Description

The Sous Chef plays a key role in building sales and guest satisfaction through an exceptional culinary and guest experience, as well as maintaining menu excellence and overall quality management in the restaurant.
Job Requirements
- Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- Proven ability to develop a team
- Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for excellent execution
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
