Job Requirements
- Relevant culinary education or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and operations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Self motivated and flexible
Job Qualifications

- Relevant culinary training preferred
- Experience in kitchen supervision advantageous
Job Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen operations to ensure food quality
- Adhere to aqua London standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation
- Ensure proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations
- Supervise the proper set-up of menu items and ensure readiness
- Oversee seasonings, portions, and appearance of food service
- Store unused food properly to minimize waste and maximize quality
- Work closely with Chefs to maintain correct preparation and delivery times
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed
- Assist Head Chef in ordering fresh products and dry storage items
- Suggest menu changes based on trends
- Recommend better preparation procedures
- Attend meetings and training required by the Head Chef
