Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality
  • Passion for culinary arts and innovation

Job Duties

  • Execute all facets of the culinary program with and in absence of the Executive Chef
  • Serve as communication liaison between BOH and FOH
  • Maintain high standards of execution and plate presentation
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Engage constantly with front and back of house teams
  • Support kitchen staff development and training
