Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 year of kitchen supervisory experience
  • minimum 2-3 years culinary experience at a full-service restaurant
  • long tenure with previous employers minimum 2 years at each job
  • excellent communication and organization skills bilingual preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • show up for each shift with a positive attitude and demonstrate core qualities of friendliness, show, delight, and promptness
  • open and manage shifts ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • manage labor cost during every shift including meal breaks, rest breaks, overtime
  • keep the line set up and ready for success
  • motivate and coach the kitchen team as needed
  • educate servers on food and assist them in food-related guest requests
  • fill any gaps necessary by cooking on the line or expo
  • work in conjunction with front of house to create the perfect experience for guests
  • abide by all health department regulations at all times and ensure your team does as well
