Job Duties
- lead culinary project teams to drive innovation
- provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
- create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
- develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
- determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery medium and required resources
- interact with outside partners and vendors to coordinate culinary activities
