Job Duties

  • lead culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • create, plan, test and recommend marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • develop project plans and maintain budgets for project implementations
  • determine project needs, instructional approaches, delivery medium and required resources
  • interact with outside partners and vendors to coordinate culinary activities
