Job Requirements

Associate's degree in culinary or related field
Three years management experience
Four years experience in operations, marketing, or related field
Strong culinary knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage within a matrix leadership environment
Self-starter
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties

Lead and participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
Create, plan, and test marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
Develop and maintain project plans and budgets
Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
Drive client and consumer satisfaction, retention, and segment profitability goals
Implement innovative food and wellness solutions
