  • Three years management experience
  • Four years experience in operations, marketing, or related field
  • Strong culinary knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage within a matrix leadership environment

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and participate in culinary project teams to drive innovation
  • Provide culinary leadership and training to ensure compliance with retail culinary standards and procurement procedures
  • Create, plan, and test marketing activities for Johns Hopkins Hospital
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets
  • Coordinate culinary activities with outside partners and vendors
  • Drive client and consumer satisfaction, retention, and segment profitability goals
