Job Duties
- Lead and manage the kitchen team: recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a cohesive culinary team to maintain high standards of professionalism and productivity
- menu development and execution: create and evolve the menu, incorporating hearth cooking techniques, seasonal ingredients, and aligning with the restaurant's vision
- operational excellence: maintain food safety, cleanliness, kitchen organization, and health code compliance
- cost control and financial management: manage food and labor costs, analyze reports, and ensure profitability
- collaboration and communication: partner with management to align culinary direction with business goals and contribute to a positive guest experience
