We are currently seeking Residential Cleaners who are motivated, dependable, and eager to join a supportive team that values character and quality work above previous experience. This position offers an attractive earning potential of up to $21 per hour plus generous tips, with the added benefit of weekly pay to help meet your financial needs promptly. Working with Clean Affinity means being part of a company that prides itself on training and development, providing new team members with seven full days of one-on-one training guided by experienced mentors who teach our proven methods and standards of excellence.

As a Residential Cleaner, you will have the unique opportunity to work mostly independently in a role designed for individuals who prefer focusing on their tasks without constant oversight or crowding. This autonomy allows you to work at your own pace, often listening to your preferred music or podcasts through earbuds while delivering exceptional cleaning results. Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, with weekends completely free, offering a great work-life balance.

Clean Affinity supplies all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment, so you won’t need to buy or bring your own. Additionally, our caring culture means your mentor will continue to support your growth and development long after training ends, helping you improve both quality and efficiency on the job. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as reliable transportation is essential for traveling between client locations within the Phoenix area. The job requires driving up to 60 miles per week, including travel between homes and to and from your residence.
