The Barista role at La Colombe is central to delivering a memorable coffee experience. You will be the visible face of the café, engaging customers with friendliness and genuine connection, taking orders, and crafting beverages of consistent quality and style. No prior barista experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. This position demands a proactive attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and an enduring commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and team spirit will be essential as you take ownership of your station, shift, and overall energy, contributing positively to an uplifting atmosphere.

The compensation for this hourly role is competitive at $21.00/hr, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing its employees. Along with salary, employees benefit from up to 60 hours of accrued paid time off, including vacation and personal time, and 60 hours of flexible time off, which encompasses sick leave. Job Requirements

  • comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
  • takes pride in being part of a team and embodies the One Dove principles
  • basic customer-facing experience preferred
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality a plus but not required
