The Barista role at La Colombe is central to delivering a memorable coffee experience. You will be the visible face of the café, engaging customers with friendliness and genuine connection, taking orders, and crafting beverages of consistent quality and style. No prior barista experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided. The compensation for this hourly role is competitive at $21.00/hr, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing its employees.
