Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work in an environment with constantly elevated temperatures
  • Must be able to work and move quickly in a tight-space environment in a safe manner
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Must be available to work nights and Sundays
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • ABC service certification preferred
  • CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
  • All employees must wear the proper uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent optional
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a large commercial kitchen operation preferred
  • Knowledge of Teamwork and Toast POS system
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with guests, the public, and coworkers
  • Proficient verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and professionally deal with stressful situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen and front of the house employees
  • Extensive knowledge of proper food handling requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of food recipes
  • Strong knowledge of safe usage of kitchen utensils and equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces and various toppings
  • Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
  • Prepare high-quality pizzas according to the company recipe book
  • Manage all food order slips and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Complete any and all assigned cleaning duties, including stocking and organization
  • Properly set up and break down stations before and after operating hours
  • Attend all departmental and service training seminars as requested or assigned
