Cooks at Metro Diner are responsible for preparing food products following Metro Diner's time-tested recipes and utilizing a variety of processes, equipment, and utensils. A critical aspect of this role involves not only the preparation of quality meals but also the upkeep of a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen space, as our kitchens serve as showpieces of the diner itself.
