Job Requirements
- Basic knife skills
- Valid King County Food Handlers Card
- Ability to obtain Red Badge to access storage cage
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
- Written and oral comprehension of English
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in smoky, noisy, hot, cold, or humid environments
- Able to bend, kneel, and lift as required

Job Duties
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
- Plating prepared foods based on Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager guidance
- Working with servers to ensure orders are completed timely according to guest requests
- Washing and cleaning kitchen utensils and storing equipment at end of shifts
- Ensuring kitchen operations meet food and safety standards
- Daily recording of fridge and line temperatures
- Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment including refrigerators, flat tops, and oil fryers
- Collaborating with team for cleaning drains following audit policies
- Cross-functional training in prep cooking and assuming related responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining oil fryers including proper oil disposal every other day
- Receiving and putting away food orders as they arrive
