Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in a related kitchen or banquet position
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy items related to banquet production
  • Ability to bend knees multiple times daily
  • Full range of mobility to travel 30-50 feet regularly
  • Ability to stand continuously during preparation and service
  • Ability to hear equipment timers and communicate with staff
  • Ability to see food preparation accurately
  • Moderate comprehension and literacy to read and understand records and special requests
  • Excellent comprehension and literacy to read, write and analyze budget
