Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience specializing in ramen and Japanese cuisine
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to take direction and learn
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Collaborate with the team to innovate and update menu offerings
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
