Job Requirements

  • Must have proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • must understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • must complete HOH training program prior to working unsupervised
  • must successfully complete required local and state food and/or alcohol service certifications
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • must maintain personal hygiene standards including clean shaven or well-maintained beard, trimmed fingernails, and proper uniform adherence
  • must not wear jewelry or headphones
  • must follow all safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • capability to work in standardized situations with occasional or no variables
  • completion of HOH training program prior to working without supervision
  • successful completion of required state and local food and/or alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • check quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
