This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Employees must have a valid driver's license to operate golf carts on the property and be committed to upholding Greystar's standards of excellence. Compensation for this role may include a base salary with eligibility for bonus programs depending on position type and company performance. Job Duties
- Inspects community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Maintains common areas and amenities neat and litter-free
- Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Transfers trash to dumpsters or storage areas as applicable
- Cleans and maintains storage areas
- Completes minor and routine service requests
- Assists make-ready specialist in apartment turnover process
- Changes locks according to property policy
- Ensures pool gates comply with safety codes
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- Demonstrates customer service skills by respecting residents and responding to maintenance complaints
- Complies with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and reporting accidents
