As General Manager, you will be the strategic visionary and operational expert, responsible for creating compelling sales strategies, managing budgets with precision, and delivering an exceptional guest experience that fosters loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. Your role is pivotal in aligning the team towards common goals, inspiring, coaching, and supporting them to exceed expectations.

Your expertise will extend to mastering the financial landscape, boosting revenue while effectively controlling costs to optimize the property’s profitability. Navigating the latest systems and technology, you will harness data and reporting tools to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently. Serving as the hotel’s ambassador, you will establish and nurture relationships with property owners, community leaders, and stakeholders, reinforcing the reputation of Aimbridge Hospitality within the community.

This role requires a leader with a strong passion for hospitality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in hotel management.
