Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to A.S. degree or relevant culinary experience
- minimum three to five years of culinary and kitchen management experience
- hands-on chef experience
- familiarity with catering and batch cooking operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- proficiency with standard office software
- ability to comply with health and safety guidelines
- excellent leadership and communication skills
