Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large team
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Proficiency with automated food inventory and management systems
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage purchasing menu compliance inventory food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Operate and oversee automated food inventory ordering production and management systems
- Develop and implement new culinary concepts and menu design
- Drive innovation and excellence in university dining programs
- Promote customer loyalty and brand image by diagnosing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Lead a highly motivated culinary team delivering exceptional hospitality and food-focused service
