Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience with high volume production and catering
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • plans and creates all menus
  • purchases and manages inventory
  • rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversees all safety and sanitation standards as it pertains to the account
  • leads and manages a team of culinary associates
  • ensures high-volume production and catering operations are efficient and up to quality standards
