Job Requirements
- Must have 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
- demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials
- ability to manage daily operations including shift planning and scheduling
- able to maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness
- capability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
- familiarity with POS and reservation systems
- eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years high-volume restaurant management experience
- understanding of business operations and financials
- knowledge of flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
- ability to operate POS systems and online reservation systems such as OpenTable
- strong leadership and team coach skills
- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
