  • Food service experience in healthcare
  • Experience in daily operations of food production including menu planning, purchasing, ordering, inventory management, food preparation, post meal analysis and record keeping
  • Experience working in a high-volume facility
  • Management experience of at least 5 years
  • Functional experience of at least 3 years

  • Manage daily operations of food production including menu planning, purchasing, ordering, inventory management

  • Conduct post-meal analysis and maintain accurate records
  • Lead and train culinary staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards
  • Develop and implement innovative menu options suitable for healthcare facilities
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing processes to optimize costs and quality
