Job Description

Job Requirements

  • A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisor responsibility required
  • experience in a Union environment is a plus
  • knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
  • ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly
  • effective communication skills
  • strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • commitment to maintaining a warm, friendly demeanor and high standards of service
