Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel setting
- ability to coordinate, supervise, and direct food production operations
- proficiency in maintaining profitable F&B operations
- strong training skills and adherence to quality standards
- knowledge of food specifications, portion control, recipes, and sanitation practices
- proficiency in controlling food and labor costs while ensuring guest satisfaction
