Job Description
The Executive Chef plays a vital role in the guest experience and oversees food and beverage services at the property. This position involves managing all food preparation at the club, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and health standards. The Executive Chef reports to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of management-level culinary experience in clubs, hotels, full-service restaurants, or entertainment industry
- proficiency in advanced cooking techniques and flavor composition
- banquet and event experience

- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
