Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed event plans that meet their goals and budgets
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning including venue selection, catering arrangements, entertainment, decorations, and transportation
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and venue managers to secure the best terms and services
- Manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring costs stay within limits while maximizing value through upselling opportunities
- Oversee event marketing efforts to promote events effectively across various channels and attract target audiences
- Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly and guest services are exceptional
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, staff, and guests to ensure smooth operations from start to finish
