Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of kitchen management experience
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate kitchen and retail equipment
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Degree in culinary arts preferred
- Extensive culinary experience with technical proficiency
- 1-2 years of progressive kitchen management experience
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for community engagement and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems preferred
Job Duties
- Support recruitment, training, and development of a culinary team
- Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Represent the brand by creating memorable and educational culinary experiences
- Maintain expertise by staying updated on products and training
- Ensure quality and execution of cooking classes
- Collaborate with store leadership to drive store engagement and sales
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards
- Manage inventory and control culinary expenses
- Enforce alcohol handling policies and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and address maintenance needs
- Adhere to wage and hour laws and company policies
- Communicate effectively with associates and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a guest-obsessed culture
