This full-time position is a unique opportunity to join the Complex Care Services (CCS) program under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role primarily entails training family members in high-need situations throughout the valley to carry out effective behavioral interventions in their daily routines. The program aims to equip caregivers with skills that enhance the quality of life for children with complex behavioral needs, using methods grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Employees are offered a competitive pay scale ranging from $21 to $27 per hour, depending on experience, with additional compensation at 1.5 times the hourly rate for any voluntary weekend work required based on client needs. The position is carefully designed to support professional growth, including a comprehensive one-month competency-based training residency, ongoing professional development workshops, and opportunities for BCBA supervision after six months of service.

The role involves close collaboration with a clinical team and caregivers, emphasizing family-centered services and continuous feedback to improve intervention strategies.
