Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of chef experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Basic math proficiency including multiplication and yield computations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on a consistent basis
- Maintain positive public relations and assure account retention
- Implement and maintain standards of quality in all areas of the food service operation
- Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and morale
- Develop and maintain compliance systems for personnel evaluation
- Monitor scheduling, time keeping, wage structure, and benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with health codes and overall quality assurance
- Follow company and account purchasing policies
- Plan menus, manage receiving and storage, maximize resource utilization
- Adhere to quality specifications and sustainability efforts
