Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of chef experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Basic math proficiency including multiplication and yield computations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on a consistent basis
  • Maintain positive public relations and assure account retention
  • Implement and maintain standards of quality in all areas of the food service operation
  • Train and develop employees to maximize productivity and morale
  • Develop and maintain compliance systems for personnel evaluation
  • Monitor scheduling, time keeping, wage structure, and benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with health codes and overall quality assurance
  • Follow company and account purchasing policies
  • Plan menus, manage receiving and storage, maximize resource utilization
  • Adhere to quality specifications and sustainability efforts
